8...carbon monoxide and smoke detectors are installed.
9...the electrical systems for outdoor pool, sauna, sprinkler system, lighting and receptacles, are working properly and in safe condition.
10...there is proper surge protection to help prevent major damage to home and garage electrical system, appliances and computers.
11...there is proper G.F.C.I. protection throughout the home. (Instructing the home owner, if needed, on where and how to reset.)
